About 20,000 part-time workers have no guaranteed wage and no right to sick pay or holiday pay.
They will also miss out on the bonuses of up to ?75,000 paid to each of Newcastle United boss Mike Ashley?s 2,000 full-time staff next month.

Sports Direct recently announced its profits were up 40% to ?207million a year. The company declined to comment.
