Using self-hypnosis in healing addictions|Improve your quality of life

We can do much by ourselves with self-hypnosis curativ. This simple and harmless therapy will provide significant states of relaxation and well being, apart from helping us with our purpose.

It is primarily a mental relaxation technique that can autoadministrarnos without much trouble or danger. Just and necessary:

- Be clear about our purpose (addictions: gambling, snuff, alcohol, etc..), Personal problems, work ...

- Conduct our sessions in absolute solitude and no one can disturb us.

- A solitary space with low light, where we are comfortable. And in this respect there are no rules to impose order. Only we want. Some prefer candles, burn incense others, apart from this other music or images. Anyway, the point is that we are comfortable.
